Very smooth, earthy and peppery, with classic "Old World" balance. Beginning starts with a taste of grape leaves, Middle is oaky, and End is a burst of pepper, especially when paired with food.

Bright red colour. On the nose, very floral, violet, slate stone, red fruit, quite aromatic! Supple and delicious tannins. Alcohol is medium, acidity well dosed. It's a balanced wine. It is quite lengthy but I could always do with more length. At this price point, it was a good reconciliation with Cabernet Franc.
