Tired of yet another '16 rosé? Then this '15 Vouvray may just assuage your bored palate. Ripe--yet crisp--and terrific acidity. A tad more weight would be preferable, but at this QPR that's asking way too much. Food friendly as a wine can be and whether paired with goat cheese...prosciutto and melon...baked chicken---or whatever fish dish takes your fancy, the pairings are near endless.
