Vintage 2016 / #cheninblanc has a lot of faces. This #Anjou is attractive because of its juiciness with shy honey impression. I paired it with spaghetti vongole. Not the first combination to think of - but hey... Anjou Blanc is a wine that’s lovely to combine with all kind of food.

Good value but not deeply Chenin. Fresh and fruit forward, hint of RS. Pretty big, ripe style. Worked nicely with a spicy peanut stew. Solid weeknight quaffer. #cheninagins

This was a light, very apple-y chenin blanc with decent acidity. Mostly an inoffensive but nice wine to pair with salmon.
