Struggled with this one. I wanted to like it but something kept pushing me away… Incredibly strong herbaceous notes, perhaps fennel, but very green. Had intense mineral notes but lacked the acidity I was expecting. Some citrus. Maybe it’s better with some food but I’m not sure how I’d pair it?

Overripe lemon, a bit of honey, white flowers, and a big saline note. Mid weight, bright acid, and lovely texture. Nicely done, especially for the price

Medium bodied, bright acid and granite minerality, green apples, quince, and (i hesitate to get fancy, but) vitamin bottle. Fun. Rich, bright, bitter finish.
