Bright cherry red in colour. Savoury aromas of Earth and Saddle Leather with Barnyard and Animale but no Brett. Reasonable intensity for a CdR. A GSM Blend of 60/20/20 %s. From the highly credentialed Domaine Pegau. One of the best CdRs of recent tastings. Low tannins and low acid. Moreish!

Slightly better than the normal CdR.

Cuvée Setier. Hidden on an Indianapolis steak house list. Old world style, chewy. With garrigue. What a find.

A very new world style. Red cherry, red rose. Fruit forward. M+ alcohol

A little disappointed in the way this wine is showing. Very surprised at how muted it is.
