Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Melon de Bourgogne

2016、2017と飲んできたミュスカデの2021年物。うきうき税込1760円。
キリッとした酸は相変わらずで美味しいんだけど、なーんか締まりがないような気がする。もっと冷やすかな。

またしてもミュスカデ・シュールリー。うきうきワインの玉手箱税別1600円。2016年もの。先のミュスカデのような発泡感はないので落ち着いて味わう。爽やかな柑橘系でドライ。こいつは好きです。

Almost colourless with little to no legs. Nose of yeast, green apples, pears and grass. Round, almost savoury, taste with apples and hints of melon and a very light fizz. Long, well balanced finish.

Too simple and light for my liking. Barely noticed any taste in my mouth

Light and easy, dry for a muscadet

Typical muscadet. Nice funky nose with slightly sweet finish

Tasty easy drinking. Dry character

1 (519) 826-8684Another Sur Lie style wine this wasn't as good as past vintners I've enjoyed. Lack the minerality and memorable backend taste. Good as a patio wine but no depth to enjoy with baked halibut.
