The 2010 has matured nicely with softening of the considerable tannins and just a hint of oxidation. The fruit and acidity of Syrah and Grenache paired nicely with Asian dishes—wagyu bulgogi and a slightly spicy shrimp and vegetable stew. I regret this was my last bottle since it will continue to evolve and please for another 5 to 10 years.
