The 2010 has matured nicely with softening of the considerable tannins and just a hint of oxidation. The fruit and acidity of Syrah and Grenache paired nicely with Asian dishes—wagyu bulgogi and a slightly spicy shrimp and vegetable stew. I regret this was my last bottle since it will continue to evolve and please for another 5 to 10 years. — 4 years ago
Luscious, full-flavored gruner with more viscosity and depth than most. Versatile enough to pair well with and enhance a variety of seafoods, white truffles and rare duck breast. Even went well with dessert. — 9 years ago
