I lost my notes but remembered really enjoying this and how balanced it was on both the savory/fruit profile as well as the tannin/acid front.

Pure and bright notes of black raspberries and cherry intertwined with distinctive earthiness and minerality. Mushroom, barnyard, crushed rocks, tobacco, peppercorn. Great example of how purity and tension can mitigate brett to create a more complex and interesting wine. Like all great CF this was a stunner with food.

Showing so well. Terrific balance, mind-blowing first nose and finale, berries, licorice, red berries and cherries, all put together with superb freshness. Such a joy!
