Delicious #vouvray - green apple, touch of wet stone on the nose. Puckering acidity pleasantly balanced by pear and apple orchard fruit. Next time I definitely need to try this with a Chèvre-based appetizer. Terrific QPR for $~12 at a local Mediterranean gourmet shop.
