Rich, creamy, buttery heavily oaked Chardonnay. As I would expect from Mersault, with lovely hints of honey, vanilla, and lavender. Paired gloriously with fresh scallops in a brown butter sauce.

The bouquet is addicting, I want this to be a perfume :) A very well rounded Chardonnay that opens up very nicely. Notes of honeysuckle and fine hints of mineral.
