I *really* like this one. It's like a cocktail of all my favourite things out of a white. Chewy, fresh, slightly effervescent. No tart aftertaste... but instead a salty, buttery residue on my lips. Leaves you with an almost sexual tingling; wanting more.

Jun 20th, 2015Great nose of flowers and sweet butter. This Sur Lie had a slight effervescence in the glass. It was straw, peach and cleansing grapefruit finish. We enjoyed with pan seared pacific halibut done with a Mediterranean blend of onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes and black & green olives.
