Cuvée Vieilles Vignes Mâcon-Peronne Chardonnay

Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and floral notes, vineyard sits between Pouilly-Fuissé and Saint-Véran appellations. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and lemon citrus with notes of honey and floral spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with mineral character.

いつもの激安セットではない、うきうき税別1980円のブルゴーニュ白。
ちょうどよい感じの樽香とパイナップル系の香り。お味は桃です、缶詰の。
少し苦めだけどお買得かと思います。

平均樹齢50年というVVのマコン。暖かさを感じるシャルドネだが、トロピカルすぎる感じは皆無で酸味がとても綺麗。余韻にじわーっと果実と熟成の感じがあり心地よい。
