Cassis Grenache Blend Rosé

What most people want in rosé. Crisp with a soft medium body. Light peach and strawberry notes. Not bubble gummy. Elegant, if you don’t give a care-a on the Riviera.

Very pale tangello color, yet with such a strong &surprisingly dense palate: black & red currants, pine needles on nose & palate; a bit hot but very, very long in mouth & on finish. . Makes me wonder how warm the vintage, but this bottling feels very refined & powerful. I could imagine all kinds of food pairings, including a burger or beef carpacio..

Drinking very well, these when young in past vintages have been a little coy for me but the 22 is ready to go!
