Domaine Drouhin
Laurène Dundee Hills Pinot Noir
Difficult vintage which only 45 barrels were made, half of what normally is made. Luckily they picked before the massive rains. Mossy pomegranate with balanced acids. Tasting next to 2014 which was a better vintage comparatively.

Mar 25th, 2018Good not great. There is a bit of bitterness in the finish which detracts from the experience. Fruit profile is good. A tad disappointing.

Aug 16th, 2020Solid wine but it becomes clear to me that pinot noir is not my most favorite grape variety

Nov 25th, 2018In my humble opinion few reds approach the elegant delicacy, depth and artistry of a perfectly produced Pinot Noir. This world-class selection from Oregon’s Willamette Valley is shear perfection and sensory delight. Highlighting a layered medium body of spicy notes, integrated tannins and a rustic grip all beautifully balanced into smooth long-lingering finish. There are many really good Oregon Pinot Noirs for sure. This is a great one. Cheers 🍷🇺🇸🇨🇦
