Clear and bright, medium garnet, clean, pronounced nose of red fruits (cherries and red plums and red apples) dried raspberries and herbs (fennel) secondary aromas of oak (vanilla and butterscotch) and tertiary (tobacco and savoury) on the palate it's dry with fine grained and soft tannins, high acidity and medium plus alcohol. It has a medium+ body and medium+ flavor intensity of red fruits (dried red cherries, red berries and plums) secondary flavors of cedar and butterscotch and tertiary flavors of cooked red plums and savory, tobacco flavors. The finish is medium+. I believe this wine to be very good. It's very fine and very smooth, but it doesn't pack the punch, it's missing something. There's no umph to it.

From the Latour technical team. The fruits are subtle and tart. Dry cranberries, pomegranate, cherries, big chalk, soft minerals, dry tannins on the finish.

Incredibly complex and expressive. Finely crafted, impeccable balance and lovely fruit. Layer upon layer of red fruits, earthy complexity and subtle but fresh acidity. This is beautiful wine

2012 vintage. In Hasalon in Tel Aviv. On the nose, medium intensity - red fruit, earthy, slight manure smell and savoury spice. Alluring. On the palate, medium minus body, light tannins - chewy. Medium plus acidity. Medium intensify of red currant and wild strawberry, savoury spices and Oakwood. Medium finish. Decent.

Better a few days later after #coravin, sappy and juicy, though lacking some elegance.

09 vintage. Very solid wine, still young and reserved. Deep well of dark fruits and earth here but lovely acid holding the wine very focused. Needs much more time

Again, I perceived this wine as overpriced. That being said, it was delicious, tight and tart and age worthy. #burgundylove #vosneromanée
