Vintage 2010 / perfect example of a good regional French wine, I like these wines. This #Gaillac is dark coloured, good to drink young, nice roundness after cellaring. Blackberries in smell, laurel, cedar and refinement in bouquet after decanting. Made from #syrah #braucol #cabernetsauvignon a wine with lots and lots of character. Partnered it with pork cheeks stewed in dark beer and lentils sweet potato pumpkin and carrots.
