L'Ancien Vieilles Vignes Nouveau Beaujolais Gamay

Really pretty. Medium minus body, cherry/raspberry, spice, earth, great acid. Great with roast chicken.

My first 2020. Brun is always my to-go nouveau.

Might be the best Nouveau I’ve had to date! Obviously simple and chuggable but the bubble gum notes aren’t out of control.

Cherry, bright blackberry, small hints of banana. Nouveau as it should be.

Beajolais nouveau done right. This is delicious!

Chuggable raspberry juice. Also some strawberry in there. Obviously no complexity given its age (lol).

Not overly fruity as many nouveaus can be. A great example of what a BN should be.

Sophisticated Nouveau -- light, eminently drinkable, and that telltale bubblegum early on, but it finishes with a touch of the tannins and earth you'd get from a cru. Really nice.

Bright red purple. Raspberry and red apple on the nose and palate. Some decent tannins. Still holding on. Could likely be good the entire year.

Deee-li-cious! Well made, vibrant, extremely enjoyable and oh so drinkable. So, this is what good Nouveau is supposed to taste like.... '15 vintage.
