So toight but a lot of promise underneath. About as far from nouveau as you can get.

Mar 29th, 2014Nice stuff and my first serious Beaujolais in years... Lovely, tart red berry aromas and flavors, with juicy acidity and youthful tannins.

Oct 26th, 2013The 2011 vintage of Fleurie "terres dorées" was tasted in 2015. This wine was made from fruit yielding from sandy soils and 40 year old vines. 2011 was an exceptional year for this microclimate in Beaujolais offering near perfect tannin levels balanced with near perfect fruit character. This wine is a ruby coloured gamay gem.
