It's not quite the 💎 that 2015 was, but it's a damn tasty Nouveau from one of the nicest men I know. Tastes like Bing cherry dipped rocks. #turkeyfriendly

Some pepper, some earthiness and a whole lotta dark fruit. A good representation of Beaujolais Nouveau.

Nice round fruit juice (fresh reds), slightly marked acidity. Soft and silky texture in the mouth. Light and straight like a young Beaujolais. Great drinkability.
Beau jus de fruit (rouges frais) rond, acidité peu marquée. Texture en bouche souple et soyeuse. Léger, et droit comme un jeune Beaujolais. Grande buvabilité.

Dec 21st, 2019Started off with strong raspberries both on the nose and for taste. As it breathed, it opened up nicely to surprisingly darker fruit and more prominent tannins. Still had a freshness and liveliness at first, but also had notes not dissimilar of a California cab. Loved this wine from start to finish!

Biodynamic. typical Gamay youth dress: bright red, luscious and brilliant color. Explosive nose of red fruits, candies. Nice texture in mouth. Very drinkable, clear and friendly
