Appearance: clear, light lemon
Nose: clean & neutral, rock/mineral at best.
Palate: dry, medium-minus acid, light lemon, light mineral and stainless. A bit vague. Short finish.
Conclusion: Good.
Commentary: Light enjoyable Chardonnay. I'm thinking Eggs Benedict as a pairing, might work. 12% ABV @ $16.
More character, slight less alc, and more money, than Three Wishes Chardonnay (12.5% ABV @ $2.50). Yes, worth the extra $13.50, if you can afford it, and are seeking a low ABV.

Need to open the bottle and let it sit for a couple of hours, then this wine shows his full and rich flavor!

Goes well with (grilled) salmon, cheeses (like brie), and pasta (alone or with poultry like turkey).

Starts out all minerals and citrus but as it warms it shows flinty smoke notes with a little herbal edge. Complex and humble. Delicious

Classic, food friendly, pinapple, with a smooth finish. A well balanced white wine.
