Custardy nose with lots of confectionery aromas and gras. Lovely sea breeze minerlity and amazing depth. So good. Palate is rich and oily but with great freshness and opulent pit fruits like peach, apricot and tangerine. Creamy and ripe but so sappy and pure. Long, oily finish. Exceptional.

Big, fat nose with lots of so called “gras” and nougat. Good minerals. Tropical fruits. Spice. Tons of cinnamon. Very complex. That combo of exotic Roussanne and huge minerality is only the N Rhone can do. Tree bark, chestnuts, so complex. Caramel, orange blossom. So so complex. Just masterful. Palate is so elegant. My god. But ripe and rich and incredible mineral freshness and dazzling purity. Insane juiciness with lovely blood orange, mango and tangelo flavors. So so clean and pure. Lovely long finish and just awesome length, finesse and structure. Really long. Dazzling. The Xmas spices are out of control on the nose after 15 minutes. Superb. Insanely juicy and so much energy and the spice and citrus on the palate are so vivid. So unique and delicious!

Great match with a LePigeon cooking class of duck Crepes richer but still good acid really matched up well and held up to the dish

Unreal nose of lime/lemon/granite zest, rich custardy fruit. Floral and just overpowering. Amazing aromas. Some nougat as well. Some apricots and peaches as well. Just insane complexity. Palate is an exercise in finesse and purity. Concentrated but super pure and delineated. Fat but not fat. Really elegant. Awesome tropical fruits and vineyard peach as well. So detailed.

Granite, honey and ripe citrus, satsuma and honeydew melon. 18 ripeness but with a brightness too. Plenty of substance, dry extract, phenolics.

Young, but great upside potential. Old vine Marsanne from the lieu-dit Aubert, east of the Sainte Epine vineyard. One of the original St Joseph appellation parcels, tended by Trollat for decades according to the spec sheet. Delightful.
