Plummy, with mushroom and floral undertones. Too much plum shows initially, but eventually softens up allowing the secondary flavors to emerge. Enjoyable, but for $25? There are better values.

2010. Glad I have 2 more bottles. Fruit forward, grainy tannin, nice acid core. Great stuff. Looking forward to tasting how this wine evolves.

Classic Rhone blend, peppery, gritty with some nice fruit. Nice dry finish with food or without.
