Domaine des Marronniers
Chablis Chardonnay
This is a delicious Chardonnay from Burgundy. Crisp and refreshing, and medium bodied with medium plus acidity.
Showing lemons, limes, light grapefruits, tropical fruits, minerals, spices and white pepper.
Nice length on the finish with more limes and grapefruits.
Nicely balanced with nice complexity. Tangy and impressive.
Good right out of the bottle and better after 30 minutes of airtime.
Would be interesting to see how this 3 year old evolves in the next few years.
Good by itself and better with food. I paired it with a baked red snapper, which was great together, as this was very lemony and accompanied the fish perfectly.
12.5% alcohol by volume. Kosher.
91 points.

Better when not too cold, that's when it's showing the complexity.
Refreshing, tangy and interesting.
Nice and bright and a great food wine that I paired with cheeses, olives and crackers.
