A classic example of a Gamay Beaujolais. Bright crimson with red fruit aromas and oaky pepper notes. On the palate cherry flavors with espresso, oak and vanilla, soft tannins on lingering finish. Good balance. Best if you slightly chill the wine.

Overall, a decent beaujolais, but nothing fancy. Sour cherry and huckleberry are the primary flavors. There are subtle aromas of dank potting soil and roasted dandelion root. There's just enough to make this one not totally boring. But the finish is very short and lacking depth.

Purchased at total wine, OK not my favorite Beaujolais. Very bright free to forward taste strong aroma hints of cherry And cranberry. Possibly buy again 50-50
