Bright and fresh. Light and clear in structure with hints of cherry, wild strawberry and some mint on the finish. Crisp, refreshing and tasty.

A real rarity. 80% grand cru. 4 years old but surprisingly complex. Poolside rose this ain’t.

Only had a sip, but it's a sip worth remembering. The most complex rosé I've had so far! (2014 vintage)

Structured and mostly closed on day one; structured and expressive on day three. Great balance and poise. Here's hoping I can wait a least two years to open the next bottle.

Very juicy and fruit forward upon opening, the acidity and minerality don't come into focus until it opens up after about an hour. Not as focused as the '13, this still gets it done, given proper aeration. But I'll hold on to my remaining bottles for another season or two and let them develop a bit more...
