Domaine des Lambrays
La Rose Du Clos Bourgogne Pinot Noir Rosé
Bright and fresh. Light and clear in structure with hints of cherry, wild strawberry and some mint on the finish. Crisp, refreshing and tasty.

Oct 8th, 2016Very juicy and fruit forward upon opening, the acidity and minerality don't come into focus until it opens up after about an hour. Not as focused as the '13, this still gets it done, given proper aeration. But I'll hold on to my remaining bottles for another season or two and let them develop a bit more...
