Wooow mon meilleur Sauvignon.
Dingue !
Qu'il est étrange ce vin. Tellement différent.
Nez avec des notes de Jura.
Bouche sur une belle acidité et après 1 heure des notes beurrées légères arrivent.
À l'aveugle je partais sur un Chardonnay bizarre du Jura...
En fait, j'aime le Sauvignon quand il me fait penser à autre chose. ah ah ah :)
EDIT : après vérification c'est un assemblage Sauvignon-Chardonnay
