Magnificent Blend of Pinot Noir (dominant) and Gamay. Unfiltered Loire wine "Nature". Very lively nose and mouth, with volume, freshness, juicy fresh fruit (the non-addition of sulfur is felt a lot on this point). Aging brings complex aromas of spices, and discreetly woody. Aptly named. So clean. Lemon and grapefruit peel, very mineral. A little herbal as it warms up but overall gives me the impression of rainwater.. it's almost like it was made just for my salmon tartare.. — 9 years ago
