Gamay bomb. Concentrated, deep, superbly vinified and having benefited from partial oak aging. With 6 years of aging, the 2015 vintage still looks very young, and barely finds its balance. We feel the enormous aging potential. To be retested in 5, 10, 15 years.
Bombe de Gamay. Concentré, profond, superbement vinifié et ayant bénéficié d’un élevage partiel en fût. Avec 6 ans de garde, la cuvée 2015 paraît encore toute jeune, et trouve à peine son l’équilibre. On sent l’énorme potentiel de garde. A re tester dans 5, 10, 15 ans.
