Wow. Very light golden color. The nose isn't pronounce. So alive fresh puckering acid. Round slightly butter. Acids aren't as sharp. Smoother with age.

Damn near perfect, rich, nutty, some minerality still, fantastic palate presence, super long finish, maybe just a tad more depth would make it perfect, served w/grilled sturgeon!!
