A bit more oxidized than I expected... better with food. Pretty gold in the glass...a bit of reductive bite. Opened to cook with...I’ll finish the bottle, but I probably should have popped this earlier.

This is a whole new experience for me...I know Chenin Blanc ages well. So far....looks like honey and smells like honey.....letting this air....nicely integrated..petrol..a bit hard to describe....it changes every time a pick up the glass!...
I let this sit in the fridge for a few days..once again I thought this wine was bad.. brown tasted vinegary..but it's incredible smell told me to wait.
It was over an hour and finally ...Oh my this wine opened up and was giving up it's secrets!
