Nose of strawberry, blackberry, garrigue, mint, milk chocolate, and balsamic vinegar.

Pretty complex on the palate with red fruit, black pepper, some subtle green notes, and balsamic vinegar. Medium acidity and soft tannins.

Hmm...great nose but those volatile acidity notes on the palate are a little off-putting complete with throat tickle/burn. Wild, natty juice for sure.

Cherry heering, blackberry jam, clay, bay leaf, mint, bell pepper, pencil shavings. Balanced acid/rough velvet tannin balance, juicy texture, medium bodied, earthy-herbal-slightly smoky finish. Inviting light toned aromatics, food friendly structure and finish. Unique interpretation of Cabernet.

All Cab now, with no Grenache. Soft, dark ferry with tobacco, hints of mint and that classic, herbal Cab touch. Pretty baller!

Cab / Grenache blend. Bay leaf and mineral flavor lingering after dried fig and slight earthy funk. Pretty tasty.
