Feb 16th, 2019What an experience... Thrilling and haunting... Decaying lavender, Herbes de Provence, green olives, damp earth and cured meats. I could continue, but I'd much rather stop and enjoy this one.

Sep 6th, 2024I am a fan. And this one does not disappoint. Now this is unfortunately 100 bucks for a Marsannay - was 68$ when bought. Quite classy with a ton of fruit mostly 🍒 Morello and dark sweet cherries. Big and broad for a Pinot. Could have this with steak. The back palate is blueberry, lime, graphite, Seems quite extracted and dark. Unspitable. Will last 5 years give or take. Would i buy this again yes. Can it compete at this price level with German Pinots - No.
