Jul 1st, 2016Probably a good time to open this 2004 vintage. Sour cherry, cigar box, white mushrooms on the nose. Dry leaves, cigar ash, sour pomegranate on the palate. The finish isn't too long but when it's there, it's delicious.

Un vin sur les fruits rouges un peu acidulés, même du Pamplemousse, une bouche que je trouve un peu mince, manque de fond, petite déception. 87-88

Initially you get some heat from the vintage but it blows off after 15-20mins. Velvet tannins follow the core of ripe red fruit and earthy tones. Good open now if you like a wine with great energy that is starting to integrate well and settle down.

Bouche attaque assez stricte et acide pour les vins du domaine bouche sur les fruits rouge compotes et tertiaires fiable très évolue pour la fête et le domaine bouteille acheté avec un beau bouchon mais probable conservation non optimale
