Mixed berry compote, cassis, iron, garrigue, leather, cinnamon, bay leaf, green peppercorns. Lively acid, medium smooth velvet tannins, juicy-satin texture, medium bodied, long dark fruit-herbal-peppery finish. Balanced aromatics/structure, secondary notes pair beautifully with red meats. Decanting recommended.

Вначале в носе яркий, но не раздражающий аромат тёплого каучука, за ним подтягиваются спелая вишня, слива, ежевика, шелковица, лакрица, неброские тона подлеска и травяных приправ, мяты. Мягкое, полное тело с укрытой в глубине сочной кислотностью и жилистыми танинами. Открыто, не очень комплексно, но глубоко, обаятельно, по-хорошему рустично и искренне.

Nose: the bouquet shows a good balance between red and black fruit, sweet spices like cinnamon, hint of liquorice.
Palate: very rounded, firm acidity, slightly sticky tannins but very pleasant overall.
