We loved this wine. Opened it and the St Patrice Chat du Pape as an experiment. Had FFT porterhouse one night and homemade pizzas the second. Best description - St Patrice is your wife, comfortable and loving and smooth, and Trevallon is your mistress, sexy and edgy and delicious.
