Domaine de Saint Pierre
Arbois Savagnin de voile
A really awesome display of Sotolon, with more curry and cashew notes than bruised fruit, oxidative notes. Raging high acidity and many years still ahead of it.

Aug 26th, 2015Nose of golden delicious apple skin, lime zest and a hint of oxidation. Lemon-lime, hazelnut, musk. Acid attack at the back of the side palate with secondary oak notes and a hint of vanilla and orchid. Enjoying it with a bit of Gouda and sea salt crackers. I freakin love Jura!
