Pink peppercorn, spicy pine, brett. Slight menthol and sasparilla or homemade rootbeer quality. Dynamic and complex, but brett is maybe a little too high for my liking for Beaujolais.

Lovely. Leafy, mineral and just enough fruit. Touch of mint and grapefruit zest. Acid balance is perfect. Juicy all the way to the back of the throat.
