Golden apple, honeydew melon, pear cider, bitter almond flower, peanut shells, saline. Snapping rounded acidity, juicy-oily texture, full bodied, citrus-floral-bitter finish. Texture driven, mineral forward, aromatics closed off. This one needs a few years more in bottle.
