Goodness, peppery goodness. A shade wild and high in acid. Olive and earthy tones darken the bright cherry and raspberry. May not be the most balanced wine, but worth a visit.

Incredibly concentrated for Pineau d'Aunis, with the classic white pepper and celery seed, tightly wound with a fair bit of tannin, very nice now, but it needs time.
