My favorite from the Volnay tasting: delicate, structured with strong mineral notes.

Light, dried cherries. Earthy and hints of classic Volnay mintiness. Great acidity. Drink now.

This is the 2007 vintage. Everything about this wine is light, delicate and very refined. Good length on the palate however - and from an excellent vineyard apparently. Burgundian sappy notes but lacks oomph. 17.

Amazing nose. Rose water. This is more refreshing than a mountain spring. Mouthwatering acidity.
