Decanted for 4 hours.
Honest to goodness. Truly one of the best Burgundies I’ve ever had! Again 2 barrels made ,only the very best vintages.

Really like how de Montille is approaching Vosne, and this is a pretty special plot of land. Perhaps too young to see much depth, it was a lovely and vibrant drink nonetheless.

Still young but showing its pedigree. Strong and spicy red fruit. 1 row away from La Tache.

I'm really happy to see this one starting to shine, it's not blasting out of the glass just yet, but it was so closed last year, these '09's aren't a vintage that I think I will ever really understand, much similar to the '05's that haven't really ever shined.

When you get into Pinot Noir, there is no way back. Velvet, smooth, cashmere are silly adjectives we use to describe it...its sublime, perfect like deep snow powder and you being the first to ski...

Beautiful texture to this. Has all the stuffing to be something special down the line.
