Mineral, crisp, lively, beautifully balanced with slightly oxidative (in a good way) notes and candied orange peel.

2008, Domaine De Montcy, Cour-Cheverny Plenitude, 100% Romarantin. Definitely kept this one too long. A recurring problem for me, keeping whites too long. Not bad, just oxidized. Not much primary fruit left, carmelized apple and a little citrus. Still has good acidity and some minerality on the finished. Best thing about it is the beautiful gold color!
