First starting with the color completely translucent Garnet, the nose is that of a wet meadowland with lots of medicinal plants. Initially a bit of heat, that soon blows off. Pigmy strawberry, fresh rhubarb and mint. This is a wild little thing, changing as it grasps for breath.

Simultaneously austere and deep, and quite distinctive in the universe of poulsards because of it. I just wish it were easier to come by.
