Delicate, floral-cotton candy nose with a faint biscuit dough-yeastyness at the end. Made from Mammolo which in Corsica is called sciaccarellu. Young strawberries, lemon on the palate. Lingering mouthfeel and finish.

2013 vintage. One of the palest roses I've ever encountered. Not surprisingly, it is rather delicate in style, so Tavel lovers: steer clear of this. That said, this is absolutely delicious on a hot day!
