Domaine de L'Idylle
Arbin Vin De Savoie Mondeuse Noir
A lovely nose of lilacs growing on a riverbank, just about to bloom.
Tangy cherry, cranberry, white pepper, dark plum river stone. Light tannins wrap up the profile of this wine, as do the feathery tannins.

Jul 27th, 2015My second Mondeuse Noir and having the Lagier Meredith as my first, this is a completely different style. This is much lighter style similar to a Beaujolais. Still good but just different. I enjoy tasting the different styles of the same grape. So this is a perfect example of that.
