Cuvée Classique Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Melon de Bourgogne

Something a little funky with this one... Much more rich and complex than I was expecting, paired well with my oysters as you would have expected… but also some Aqua net hair spray I could have lived without...

Very green and pale this year. In total equilibrium.

Solid muscadet, light and refreshing

Mineral sea brine so good with scallops

Good with everything.

Loving the nose, it is like diving into a bush of white flowers covered in dew. A hint of watermelon also. In the mouth a bit short.
