Repurchase and hold for 10 years. Possibly superb, otherwise just very very good and solid QPR.

This is less overripe than the 2015 and has a more classical cachet. Still is very extracted and oaky. Shows more balance and is very drinkable. But if you love classical claret you should pass.

An absolute steal. Drinks at more than two times the price. Delicious red fruit profile.

Dollar for dollar this challenges many merlot/cab franc 80/20 Bordeaux in the under $40 category. What a treat. Garagiste.com. ... brightness and structure, mocha, pepper, full body, length, but structured

This is a beautifully dark wine with a smooth opening that is slightly thin for a 2016 Bordeaux with a rapidly dissipating forward tannin that closes with a fruity flavor mellowness as it closes. It is drinkable today and benefits from some time in the open before diving in.
