Round 2 of blind tasting and we all got stumped, but then it was obvious. Pale golden yellow hues that match some golden apple, saline lemon zest, and orange pith aromas. Ripe and bruised fruit that blends in with honeysuckle and wax. Slight amount of spice with a dry and moderate acidity finish. You could see this a mile away being delivered on a plate of oysters.

I have never had this Loire Valley wine before...it is delicious! Presents with lees contact..honey..white flowers..citrus...minerals...with a finish that screams sea salt! Balance is very nice Obviously I have had a Kermit Lynch wine order come in recently! 😁
