
#Vinnatur - Chenin Blanc from Couteaux du Loir: smooth body and structure, no sulfites, aged on its yeasts in barriques for 12-18 months. It fills the mouth properly with balsamic hints (part coming from woods?). I liked it very much :)

started off really acidic, but after the lion’s mane schnitzel arrived w the truffle jus it made sense. also went really well with the fritti and grew on me over the meal

Wine #5 on Jean-Pierre Robinot Uncorked Vol. 1
Lovely, perfumed, and delicate bouquet of flowers, seawater, and peach. With time, it opens up and becomes sweeter on the nose. On the palate, it's round despite the high acidity, offering an interesting evolution with a touch of brine in the finish. Lively, electric, and delicious. It's like Gravonia mixed with Jacky Blot. A curious combination, but it needs more time in the bottle.
